Kornsang is an organic and completely sustainable bread factory, and one of the small businesses of the Dyssekilde eco-community. Kornsang produces bread and cakes for cafes, institutions and health food stores. You will find a local outlet in the same building at Taraxacum. The grain is grown locally and ground immediately before baking in a stone mill.
